Is there anything quite as English as the scent of a rose garden?

Winter leaves the rose bushes bare and sharply twigged: then the weather warms, and those elegant little rosebuds appear. When they start to flower in late spring, roses fill our gardens and senses with their rich and distinctive fragrance, and summer’s truly on its way.

We’ve kept our ingredients down to a minimum with this candle, letting the aromatic rose take centre stage. Perfect as a background scent for afternoon tea (with fine china, naturally).
