We understand every body is beautiful and every woman's taste is unique. Given the demand from our customers, we now offer a custom silk dress solution. Message us to get your journey started! You can customize the following:

Slip Dress

• Neckline: Cowl neck / V neck

Process

• Consultation: we discuss the style, colour and fabric with you
• Shopping: we share the fabrics we find in the market with you. If you choose a solid colour, this step can be very quick
• Quote: we finalize the design and send you the price
• Payment: please note custom pieces are not refundable
• Production: we purchase the fabric - fabric shipped to us - tailor makes the dress (please note this can take 6-8 weeks depending on our tailor's workload)
• Shipping: we ship the final product to you

Care Guide

Wash gently by hand or machine, no dry cleaning required. Follow the hand wash steps for stain removal.

A few things to note:
Hand Washing
• Soak in lukewarm water with gentle detergent for no longer than 30 minutes
• Do not rub or wring
• To remove excess water place dress on a towel, fold over and lightly blot
• Hang to dry on padded hanger in shaded area
• Steam on the dull side

Machine Wash
• Place in mesh bag
• Wash on delicate, cold water, low spin setting
• Remove promptly at the end of wash cycle
• Hang to dry on padded hanger in shaded area
• Steam on the dull side 

Size

• Please refer to the size chart in our last image
• Size up if you are at the top tier in the size chart or if you prefer a looser fit
• Model is 5'8'' (177cm), bust 33.5'' (85cm), waist 23.6'' (60cm), hips 35'' (89cm), wearing size S. The size is a little loose on her

• Standard shipping is via Chit Chat with tracking. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days
• Upgraded shipping is via Canada Post Xpress. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days

UK, European Union, Australian, and New Zealand Customers:

• Standard shipping is via Chit Chat with tracking. Standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks

Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request needs to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
• Customer is responsible for the returning postage
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will examine the item to make sure it's in its original condition (original bag & tag; no scratch or spots on fabric; no smell). Once these conditions are met, we will refund the price of the item. Original shipping fee (from seller to customer) is not refunded.
